Varun is a qualified Accountant and operational strategist in the Tech and FinTech space. He has a seven year track record in the payroll, accounting, and recruitment. Generated in excess of £20m in ARR, he is now heading up strategy for esya providing hands on financial management and contributes to the overall company strategy. Varun also works with startups within esya's portfolio helping Founders develop their financial reporting, projections along with build financial modelling for various products like SaaS platforms.

He is also involved in esya projects providing commercial modelling. As the financial controller for Life beyond Rugby, Varun oversees all the accounting functions of the project. This includes advising on financial strategy and assisting with setting up of the payment gateway protocols.
